Welcome! I'm so happy you found your way here! I'm Alessia Resta, the creator behind Apartment Botanist.

In 2017, I created Apartment Botanist, an online brand that cultivates and encourages our relationships with plants. Over the years, through my experience guiding plant parents online, I wrote my debut book, Plants Are My Favorite People, which explores our relationships with and unique personalities toward plants. Additionally, I have expanded our plant community to include the crystal community and have been selling crystals, gemstones, and precious stones for over five years. More recently, you can also catch us on our new adventure, revealing surprise jewelry over on TikTok!
